According to task manager, this is a high impact item every startup and probably not that necessary for start up given that there is no constant demand to print something. From my 10yr old acer that has recently surrendered Win 7 to have FRICKING fat AND LAZY WINDOWS 10 HOME EDITION shoved down its throat. And Win10 Home needs all the power it can hog just to turn on.
thank you for this space to express.
