E_YATIMBE had no business being on my computer whatsoever as I unplugged that worthless printer and uninstalled all the software, but here, over a month later, it was using up all my memory and other resources and I wouldn't have realized it as it is not listed, except I looked under startup and found it, looked it up online, and it said it was from Epson. It has been destroying my entire internet experience for over a week. Solution, for now? I right clicked it under the startup tab and clicked disable, but I want it gone.

I want to reitterate, this E_YATIMBE is in fact malevolent. I don't know what it falls under, but I regained some measure of control after disabling it. Do as I have done at the very least. It's not easy to find, but it is always there spying on you and gobbling up all your resources, knocking you offline, slowing things down substantially.

I recently installed a windows 7 program called Abelssoft_AntiLogger_2020.4.04. It is reporting
E_YATIM1E.exe as a KeyLogger. I have 3 Epson printers, all working ok. AntiLogger let me disable this keylogger, and printers are still ok. I recently experienced proof using HackCheck, that a password had been discovered. Even if E_YATIM1E.exe is legitimate, could it have been compromised somehow? AntiLogger also reports suspicious activity for E_YUBQFE.exe, E_YARNQFE.exe and E_YTSQFE.exe, and E_YUBM1E.exe.

@Australblue: I think AntiLogger is incorrectly detecting E_YATIM1E.exe as a key logger.
