The question is NOT whether the file i "legitimate", but what MicroShaft is doing with the file.
It connects to your computer to MicroShatft's "Longhorn" server and polices whether or not your OS is legitimate.
It's used for more MicroShat BACKDOOR operations.

then us your common sense to see how it can be used to SPYONU. Also, open the file ( EapolQec.dll ) with a text editor and see if you think connecting to the "Longhorn" server is good for your privacy.
