It creates a temporary list of the websites that you access while on Epic Browser in hidden SQL files named chrome-extension_(cryptic).localstorage.
They are written to the harddrive temporary, which means that they are deleted afterwards, but it is not deficuilt to restore them with any cheap undelete-software.

Epic my arse writes

Installed with "Epic browser" uninstalling Epic browser doesn't remove Epicupdate.exe and it isn't listed in add / remove programs.

Note: I uninstalled Epic browser 5 minutes after installing it because it was so bad memory use went through the roof.


How I got rid of it:
Terminated epicupdate.exe via task manager

Searched for epicupdate.exe then deleted the file and the folder it was in (along with another file left by the epic browser)

Then searched the registry and removed entries for epicupdate

Note: if Ravus's post is correct then you should run a file shredder program to clear free space
