Thanks! I've been getting FaxRCP Dll Load Error at every computer restart for a few months. Was initially blaming new firmware on my new Brother multifunction machine. Could not find a solution until coming across this. I used to have a Samsung SCX4521F until a year ago and some of the software was still on my PC. Not sure why the Dll Load Error just appeared more recently but deleting the folder, located as described, though in Program Files (x86), resolved this minor but annoying problem. Also reassuring that it was nothing of relevance to current function of PC.

I have an old Samsung multifuntion printer that seems to be suggested as the root of this .dll problem.
The unit works well in all regards and I hope the suggested software is a workaround.
