@Bashir: Try to uninstall Format Factory, download the installer again from the developer and install it again. Did that solve the problem?

@Bashir & @sigit: I tried to download and install the FormatFactory program on my Windows XP machine and I got the same error message as you.

I think their installer file is damaged. Please contact Format Factory developer, they should be able to fix this problem.
