I had looked at this file cross-eyed myself having never seen it before even though I work on computers on a daily basis. Although it seemed confusing that it wasn't deemed as malware by any virus/malware detection software it just didn't present itself as trustworthy. When I went to the folder where it resided in I discovered what it was for. It's bundled with similar executables with icons of arrow shaped images and a folder named "Gesture" - it's not malware... IT'S FOR THE BLOODY LAPTOP'S TOUCHPAD! It's very strange how obscure this file seems to be for something that is completely legitimate... Ugh!
