I was wanted info on "GoogleCld_187F9D811452062B.dll" because ROOTREPEAL showed it as a "Stealth Object," which got me suspicious. Your info reassured me that this dll is OK. Btw, none the virus scanners I've used show it as infected.

Yeah, it's digitally signed by Google and detection ratio is 0% at VirusTotal. Should be safe.
