This file keeps running at boot while I uninstalled all HP drivers and softwares. I will try to eliminate it as I think it's a tool for HP to survey my usage of printers.

I keep getting an error message, 0xc0000135, relating to HPDiagnosticCoreUI.exe, when I try to install HP Scan Doctor 5.1. It says the file failed to initiate properly.
So I thought, maybe it's this HPDiagnosticCoreUI.exe that is the problem - maybe it's an old program and can't handle the latest edition of the Scan Doctor. But what do I know?
Any suggestions anyone? I'd like to get my printer going again. It prints fine but still has some problems that are obviously not related to the machine's ability to print, but to the instructions it gets.
