HPProtectNotify64.dll-stayed with me after removing the program of the cleaner company IObit, the problem is that the control panel and other utilities did not want to delete it correctly. Had to be manual. And these dll leftovers hang in nodes, downloads, shorter throughout the system. Changing properties, permissions, and other access settings does not help. Registry cleaning and system rollback does not work. At attempt of removal produces an error that HPProtectNotify64.dll still somewhere is opened and where the cock knows it!
