I stopped irreceive.exe on my computer (XP,laptop) to see what would happen. My antivirus scan now runs in half the time. CPU usage had been averaging about 50%, offline with
no apps running. Without irreceive.exe, it dropped back close to zero. I suspect this file also interfered with my winDVD player.
