If the file is in C:\Program files folder then it is more likely to be OK.
It is not supposed to be in a windows system folder.
Latest size seems to be 1,251KB -from version 1.5 of IS360
This file has been thrown up by StartUp Mechanic as infected, but I don't think this is the case.
Erring on the safe side, like a lot of quick checkers?

Further to the above- I just caught this [edited for security] activity of IS360tray.exe to Google.com.
I can't get help/comment from the supplier- as it is a free version. It could be a legit host- but seems a bit odd...?
I still think the program is OK, but I don't allow this activity below through my firewall, just in case!
The actual IS360 program shows no threats, neither does any other scan.
