I am very suspicious of this file. I have been having problems with vista hanging upon startup and I found this file with unknown publisher in my startup programs. I removed it from my startup programs, deleted it and a few other files in the directory (c:\windows\installer\CCBAA1F7-E5E1... and after 1 reboot the problem went away. Almost every google search I do on either the file or folder name results in a posting by someone having a malware problem. hmmmmm.... I'm currently running a virus scan with Norton, so still not entirely sure what to think about this.
