Every time when i open IE or Chrome one tab opens automatically, this tab goes to bing.vc.
I used one tool to identify the problem, this tool identify the .dll as bing.vc in the mentioned location. I just renamed the extension and reboot my PC, after the reboot I re-open the IE and chrome and the tab not open again. The solution is remove this .dll from the system.
