Interesting how downloading this particular dll and replacing the one in my system32 folder on my Dell G5 helped me run BDO (Black Desert Online MMO). The admin in their forums suggested that but with no explanation as to why it worked, and this page doesn't help answer that.

If anyone knows why, an answer would be appreciated.
