I have Malwarebytes which classifies it as a Trojan. That is:

Category: Trojan Domain: N/A Type: Inbound Connection IP Address: 185.244.25.133 Port: 3478 File: C:\Program Files\Common Files\McAfee\MMSSHOST\MMSSHOST.exe

NOTE: The IP Address and Port are never the same. My operating system is Windows 10.

@BL: The MMSSHOST.exe file listed here is digitally signed by McAfee, so it should be free from malware.

Could you, or if anyone else is have the same problem with MMSSHOST.exe, upload it to VirusTotal.com to see what the scanners there say about the file?
