I found an article on google about toaster.exe, it is not exactly the same but it seems to be an application by Dell that records keystrokes etc.

I have a MSI motherboard (brand new Z-270 titanium) and a lot of trouble with it, several tries before starting up.

Eset sysinspector found msitoastserver.exe and marked it as a high risk application, when i asked MSI about this they suggested that i should clear the c-mos, and what happened? toastserver.exe was not found anymore bij eset sysinspector.

In the setup files from MSI i found a dll named msi toastclient.dll, i also asked MSI what toastserver.exe was, but they did not give me an answer on that.
