A box popped up and said I needed to install and update to Firefox. The file is MediaUpdate_1.2.exe. My antivirus program, Norton. said is unsigned, unknown, limited number of users have it, and Norton perceived as a threat, gave me option to install or not. I choose to delete the download. When I open thee Help menu,About, in Firefox, it says is up to date. This is not a Firefox update and I reported to Firefox developers.
