I've rescanned the MicrosoftRuntimeUpdate.vbe file with VirusTotal, but nothing is detected:
http://www.virustotal.com/analisis//file/dcfb4b490de8e6a2a16967de6767e950e0b1c8324264b64837ae977adb3a43a9/analysis/

There appears to different variants of MicrosoftRuntimeUpdate.vbe. Here's one variant, which appears to be a legit Microsoft file:

But here's another variant of MicrosoftRuntimeUpdate.vbe, which appears to be malware:

(Seems to be opening a non-windows instance of Chrome connecting to hxxp://sharing-is-caring.info).

This file is created from a game archive. It's a 2 part process. Running the setup.vbe in the archive will copy the contents of the Libraries file to your roaming profile folder. MicrosoftRuntimeUpdate.vbe is also in the Libraries folder. It is then run at every login since it's been added to RUN entry in HKCU via setup.vbe. Then it opens a connection to the website using a windowless session in Chrome or Firefox which in turn uses your CPU for crypto-mining.
