Many programs can claim to be 100% legitimate, but they may not be necessary. Bloat comes from such programs that may have been used once, then they automatically load into memory forever after.

Look into how the "moto..." programs are used (this one is for Motorola devices such as cell phone). I'm deleting mine because I used it once and now don't want it clogging the system.
