Runs in background using huge CPU %, I end process in Task Manager but Windows will not let me uninstall or access file in file manager.

Yes, unwanted program can infect Music.UI.exe as long as it can infect almost any .exe file, but i have not seen any viruses which infect WindowsApps (Apps in this folder are downloaded through Windows Play Store, or standart Modern UI apps)

I received the error code 0xe06d7363, which appears to be a virus in Music.UI.exe. It states Music.UI.exe Application error at 0xe06d7363.
