When I boot up I am advised that NPBelv32 is missing. The system still fires up ok so I ignored the issue but now I am having trouble updating windows ten and figure to remove this error at least to eliminate it as a possible cause. I have no idea why it has vanished but to clean this message I need it back presumably so cannot understand why I would retrieve it then not keep it.
