The documentation is correct for NTray.exe which lists Menten Holdings Ltd in properties. It's typically installed with NextPVR. More specifically, NTray.exe monitors NextPVR TV server, which many use as a live TV viewer, or backdoor TV server for applications such as Kodi. The only real benefit of having NTray start with your computer is being able to reboot the NextPVR TV server from it when needed (which can be done manually in services without it). It can safely be disabled as a startup application, won't affect NextPVR or any other program.

Michael is referring to something else, which would not show Menten Holdings Ltd in properties.
