It's a driver and program that comes with Asus motherboards and online with Sonic Sound solutions, so its a sound driver for the program but apparently it has conflicts with Realtek Audio Drivers sometimes or in certain cases. So if you remove the program and is still there its probably alright to delete it. That's what I am gonna do
