File Normaliz.dll is not a Windows core file. It is a trustworthy file from Microsoft. It can change the behavior of other programs or manipulate other programs. Important: Some malware camouflage themselves as Normaliz.dll, particularly if they are located in c:\windows or c:\windows\system32 folder.
