PLFSetI.exe is a process from a Driver by Sonix which controls your default settings, possibly the multi-media controls, and part of Acer hardware controller.

PLFSetI appears to have something to do with the Acer webcam software; uninstalling the webcam software apparently also uninstalls the PLFSetI program.
