after uninstalled popcorn time programs

Just run Updater.exe, after running as administrator, it'll let you delete both the files

open up Task Manager --> under Processes tab --> look for "Updater.exe 32-bit" (or to make sure you target the correct file just right-click and confirm it under Properties) --> End task and then you can delete those without issue.
