Do you know how it was installed on your system? Did you install it yourself or did it come bundled with some other software? Is it running smoothly or do you get some error message? Ran the file through the virus scanners Karlsson recommended and only got one hit out of a hundred or so different tests. Besides, I know that the file was installed along with my TV card, so I'll keep it. Might be shoddy workmanship or whatever, but I don't think it's malware.

I get a message RCApp Get property failed and my computer is really fouled up. I have to restart and then everything seems to be fine for awhile and then it happens again. I think there is some other program somewhere that may be on a timed thing when it fouls up other programs on the computer. I don't know where or what the rogue program is.
