Do you know how it was installed on your system? Did you install it yourself or did it come bundled with some other software? Is it running smoothly or do you get some error message? Most probably it is NOT part of windows. I am sure that it is renewed (!) when one lands on a certain website, the reason: I had renamed it--but it appeared again under its normal name; i had changed its first two 'signs' (of the internal content) by using simply "notepad", around 09/15/2015--but its new (09/22) date-attribute is 09/20!
I suspect it to be the pre-meditated facade of a complex virus.
Why has so far not anyone disassembled or decompiled this .exe in order to see its 'goings on'?????
