Great site for checking security and usefulness - many thanks
However -
The original question was 'What is ReflectUI.exe?' which has not been answered. In fact there is no attempt at answering the question. It seems a bit like asking 'What is a house?' and answering 'A house is a building in a street with other houses.'

@Ian: ReflectUI.exe comes with Macrium Reflect. It's a backup and imaging software. It can clone your hard drive.

I'm not sure what ReflectUI.exe does, but my guess is that the process runs the graphical user interface for Macrium Reflect.
