Actually its an alternative by Microsoft(their own TCP/IP callersoftware, which thet, annoyingly automatically installed on most of the PC's soldglobally.Just rightck it after CTRL-ALT_DEL and keep doing it systematically , after ten times or so it won't pop up again(use "sleep mode" i.s.o. normal shutdown".
Hey I thought YOU as the websitehost should inform US, visitors, you are a bit of a freeloader who tries to sel us your crappy malware software, DONT FALL FOR THAT FOLKS !!
