Hi, toolbar is installed by steganos privacy suite and it is NO malware. It shall support your private (password secured) links / favorites while browsing the web. On my IE version it doesn´t work and is causing an occasional error at IE11. If you do not use the private favorites it might be better to remove because its useless.
Virus tools wont detect because there is non.
