IMHO Blizzard is invading the privacy of all by scanning your computer ram/processes and other stuff to see what you have running, this is invasion of privacy. This so called tool is supposed to tell them what you have running. And they can ban you if they think a program you are using is against their TOU or EULA. Also if you do not let them do this, you cannot play, that is discrimination..
