This file has not been identified as a risk by Bitdefender. Tried the new CYLANCE Home Edition which runs an AI engine (no signature files) and it quarantined the file as a threat. Some posts on the internet identify it as malware and others indicate that it can cause connection problems if removed. I am leaving it as quarantined to see if anything that I use has a problem before I mark it as safe to use!!!
