I have struggled for many months with a very slow File Manager Right-Click, took about 1 minute to respond. Drivers up-to-date, tried various registry mods suggested online, like removing Quick Access. Eventually, using a program called shexview.exe, I was able to easily isolate third-party extensions. I have 42. I eventually found the problem was solved by disabling ShellStreams64.dll by Apple. I am afraid this is typical of Apple, as none of their PC Apps seem very well designed or user friendly; probably deliberately so?
