This process continuously "phones home" according to my firewall. That's why I choose to remove it.

My AVG Internet Security detected it and gave me an Application communication request with two alternatives, (1) Allow the application or (2) Block the application. If there is no need to access the Internet I will instruct to Block. Thank you.
