My antivirus Avast! found a similar file on my computer but it is Sqm10246.bin, it says it is a rootkit hidden file but no matter what action i take against the file nothing happens because my antivirus keeps telling me the file does not exist... I have no idea what to do with it, I tried to search for it but it is as if it literally does not exist because even google can't find that string of numbers and letters all put together... in any capacity... now is this file an actual problem or in my antivirus just being a diva? these are things I need to know...

the file literally does not exist on my computer I even tried to show hidden items and the file is not there I would run the file through virustotal if the file existed anywhere I could find it.... I was being literal when I said it's as if the file doesn't even exist my antivirus is still picking it up though so I have no idea what to do

@Heather: Did you find out something more about the file? The file described on this web page looks legitimate to me, since it is digitally signed by Microsoft. However, I cannot say for sure about your file since it may be different from the one listed here.
