I found StvInet_CadIns.exe in C:\_TIN_insert along with StvPnp_Acad2000_2D.dll. I believe these to be AutoDesk Inventor security during install, or possibly AutoCad Mechanical.

StvInet_CadIns.exe, StvInet_ACAD14_2D.dll, Psapi.dll, PlWinNT4.dll, PlWin95.dll, inspart.tmp, insattr.tmp are all in the C:\_insert folder. These files are due to downloading CAD files from http oem.cadregister.com.

I've been downloading Solidworks models from INA/FAG by using the "insert" functionality which brings them right to Solidworks instead of saving them somewhere. I'm pretty sure that's what this is from.
