I own a VAIO Laptop with W7 Pro and Office 10, and I use extensively Dropbox. IMy Dropbox cound not get a secured connection to the internet. I asked around for help and searched for 8 days until by accident or pure chance, I found out that by blocking trezaa.service through my VIPRE antivirus, Dropbox started to work normally in my VAIO laptop as it does in my other 4 computers. I am 85 years old and certainly NOT a computer technician!. I hope this helps others with the same problem.
