My ESET program picked up a reading that TBUpdaterLogic_1.0.0.1.dll was an unwanted program! Should I remove it or leave it?-A

@Alec: Generally the Conduit software is bundled with free downloads. In some cases users end up installing it by mistake. That is probably why ESET is detecting it as an unwanted program.

In my view: If you knowingly installed Conduit and find it useful: Keep it. If you didn't knowingly install Conduit or is not using it: Uninstall it.

It appears that the following anti-virus programs, in addition to VIPRE, have also started to detect TBUpdaterLogic_1.0.0.1.dl:
