TPSvc.dll is a legitimate file. It comes with VMware Tools.

"ThinPrint developed a printing solution, based on the ThinPrint Output Gateway, for ACE 2.0. You can allow the guest system to use the hosts printers via policy.
All printers available on the host system are created automatically within the guest OS based on the Thinprint OutputGateway (if a win32 guest is used) so all kinds of printers and printer connections are supported.
The VMWare Virtual printer (that's the name of the Output Gateway in VMWare) is deployed via the VMWare Tools. As there are no special ACE tools the ThinPrint solution may appear on all workstations but is functional in an ACE environment only."
