ToolbarUpdater.exe is part of AVG Secure Search. AVG Secure Search was bundled with another software called DriverMax, which I downloaded via download.com.

Google translate for Guillermo's comment:

"07/26/16 Today , a program that I have installed (I say so because I did not installed , it will be one of my children ) to toolbarupdater.exe detected as potentially malicious file and recommended deleting it. As the file is part of AVG , I thought that was why I marked and left . But according to most , and as it is not essential choose to delete it. In any case , if you really needed it automatically retrieves AVG ."
