It does keep crashing. The crashes are always found by Reimage repair.
As it only works in the background, no idea that is did crash and no visible action is felt while it is crashed.
What none of these articles answer is the real question what everyone wants to know:
If it is that important to have running What the hell this program actually does?
Is it necessary to run something on the Asustek MOBO?
Same goes for the EPU help.exe
If it is NOT absolutely necessary for any MOBO functions, then it could be safely removed.
Please do try to find out about both of these items.

TurboV EVO appears to be software designed to overclock the computer. It's developed by Asus. I don't know the purpose of TurboVHelp.exe.

I see that the Bkav scanner detects TurboVHelp.exe as "HW32.Pedka.xgmg", but I think that is false positive. I think the file is safe.
