Some freeware like "we love smileys" toolbars install toolbars open folders with the name SqueakyChocolate including its own UpdateCheckerApp.exe which can only cause a mild nuisance in this case. Conduit Publisher is the criminal for the heinous act as people fall into such traps when installing freeware with bundled adware sometimes witout opy-out notices. Fortunately normal toolbar and bundled software in this case are removable through normal windows procedures..
