I still don't know what this program is... From the best of my interpretations here and in other website links I've read: It has to do with Windows 8 Pro O/S, something about "speeddisk", used for logging in 'All Users', and usually not a problem...

I still have no idea what it does nor what is meant by logging in all users and any other vague references I may have read about it.

I'm disabling it until I know what it is or it creates some issue after it's turne3d off... (I don't know...).
