I got this program free when I purchased Nero. It work well and does not seem to do anything malicious on a permanent basis, however when it is running, it will periodically change my lan settings by checking the "Use a proxy server..." option and setting the proxy server to 127.0.0.1
This causes web pages to be unreachable, but it will still allow me to browse youtube and download videos. I do not know why or what causes this to occur at varying times. I have proved that it is this program by changing it's settings so it does not start automatically. I left it that way and did not open it at all for about one month and had no problem with lan settings.
I have version 1.0.1.97 Pro
There is a newer version that I will be trying and see if it does the same.
I am running windows 10 Pro 64 bit
