Vmbnotifier is used to alert the user whenever a sms/text message is sent via the Vodafone broadband router/adapter.

These messages are usually commercial promotions.

I've yet to see or hear family or friends ask for the user's router/adapter cell number so as use this method to communicate personal info. lol
