This file is a protection file that microsoft uses too guard against pirated OS Systems software. downloading and installation of this file Is the company's way of certification of microsoft genuine software. This used mainly when you need too update windows or download other files from them. One last thing, Roger Karlsson has too be very proud of Freefixer, i found it not only scans and locates possible problems but has a very user-friendly interface..This really helps a novice like myself understand more about the many different files that make our pc's Tick. once again thank you for the opprotunity too Experience this great program
