Ive been having alot of problems with viruses, mainly trojan but one i have found is called tny_cassiopesa. I constantly have pop-ups and page redirects and my internet is running really slowly. Ive tried removing it manually but i keep getting an error message saying i have open browsers and i am unable to uninstall. when i select the task manager it says i have no running tasks. ive tried using my current antivirus software to remove it but it does not detect the file. I decided to try windows malware remover but im not sure if it will legitimately remove the viruses on my computer or if it is fake and just cause more. the information if give me is: windowsKB8908030 x64 vs.27.exe from the distributor microsoft.corp. but my computer is prompting me asking me if i should trust this file and let it run. does anyone have any advice for me? please help ive been battling viruses for the last few months and im almost at the point of just buying a new computer because i am sick of getting rid of one virus only for another to pop up
