THIS PAGE WAS SUPPOSED TO ANSWER = 'what is WINDOWS TERMINAL.(EXE) OR WINDOWS TERMINAL. What does Windows Terminal do when it is functioning? Why would Mozilla or Explorer or Edge want me to use this or how would THOSE use it?
Seems insane to have built this page about SOMETHNG (anything) but not have a dedicated DEFINITION OF PAGE-NAME ITEM, ITS FUNCTION(S), BEST CASE EXAMPLE OF USE(S)and ANY USER REPORT ON IT.
why wouldn't u do this/that?

Damn right! (Solidarity w/FASTMARI's Comment).

Also, what benefit is derived from having this Application running in the background from Start Up? Can it be configured to launch when needed? Is it always needed? If so, why/why not?

The data presented here is just about useless to the End User who wants to understand what this program is useful for.

It seems to be a newer iteration of Cmd.exe or Windows Powershell, but without a clear explanation of its function and pedigree, I can't know for sure if that's the whole truth of it or not. Thanks for nothing!
